You can drop off your packaged and labelled items at the main business park reception from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, no appointment needed. Items are collected at lunchtime Mon – Thursday and securely stored. Alternatively, text me to arrange a drop-off during our new hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 PM – 10 PM, and Saturday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM. You can also mail in your package. Enjoy the convenience of our data recovery service on your schedule.

How to package my device
Packaging brief
Package hard drives, USB sticks, or SD cards securely in anti-static wrapping, place them in a sturdy box with padding, and include a note detailing the issue and your details. Avoid sending entire laptops, desktops, towers, or servers without prior arrangement. All small packages can be left at the Warrington Business Park Main Reception for us.
